GoPrioritize.com isa rebrand and rebuild of the original Priority Picker project.
The tool works on the same principle, that a list of possible priorities quickly becomes overwhelming, and that choosing between pairs of options forces a better ranking, faster, than trying to sort the list on its own.
Then I added the teams dimension.
People have different prioritities, and typical meeting discussions have no easy way to surface them that doesn’t just result in the most senior or loudest person swaying the order.
So, I built a team comparison into the tool.
Share the list, let epeopl ework out their own prioority ranking, and surface the areas where there’s major disagreement. Often these are people with a genuinely different perspective that should be heard rather than nit-picking over differences between 4th and 5th placed items.
