and it's not being taught in a classroom.

For months now, my daughter has been doing her schooling at home.

No classroom, no blackboards, none of the teaching aids they normally have.

(Also no timetable and no idea what’s going on half the time, but that’s for another day).

And she’s been doing OK. Jut using her iPad, pens & pencils, and a bit of imagination.

Making use of the tools she already has.

But at the same time, thousands of consultants I know are trying to shift their businesses online and they’re getting knotted up about the teaching platform that they think they need.

To be clear, these aren’t experienced people selling online courses.

They’re people who have never taken a dollar online before.

They have no idea what they need because they’ve never taught online.

They’re trying to cover every problem they can think of, and my god they can think of a lot of them. The only way they’ll find out what problems they really need to tackle, is to start.

Get version 1 out of the door, and then adapt as necessary.

Speed loves money, and fiddling with tech is the opposite of speed. So, my answer is simple. Copy my daughter.

Use the tools you already have

Drip the emails out using your existing email tools. Put any videos and worksheets in Google Drive or Dropbox.

Job done.

Really, it’s that simple.

Now, you’re going to throw up your hands about a bunch of “what if”‘s. Problems you haven’t even come across yet.

But there’s a problem you’ve already got, that you’re ignoring.

You don’t email enough, so your emails aren’t recognized, and huge slices of your list aren’t seeing your emails.

The minute you send something that your customers actually asked for, something they paid for, you’ll see your open rates shoot from 20-30% up to 80-90.
(You’ll never get 100%, some tools simply strip the tracking out of your emails.)

Two problems solved.

No teaching platform needed. Better delivery for ALL your emails.

I’ll have an example for you soon. It’ll cost you a fist-full of dollars to see it, but it’ll make you way more than that once you understand how it’s done.
