I have an outline that I use for pretty much all my list-building projects on day 1.

It’s about as well-tested as any part of my direct response armoury.

It’s not sexy. And, of course you need to be offering something your audience actually wants.

But it works great.

We’ll only start testing other layouts when we’ve exhausted ourselves on testing copy and offer variations.

Right now I’m building up a new product around list building and this is going to be the foundation for it.

So, here’s my idea.

Let me know what you’d need to take this layout and turn it into a working page that you could run traffic to. What are the bits where you think you need help moving this along?

Is it the tech side? Building up the page an linking it to your email tool?

Is it the copy? Writing headlines, bullets and descriptions.

Is it imagery, the lead magnet itself, the Thank You page.

Whatever it is, let me know and I’ll make sure it’s covered over the next few days.

Tomorrow I’ll start running through each of the parts of the landing page and showing you how to build up a really good one.
